What is the difference between virgin and remy hair?
Virgin hair is not processed or chemically treated in any way. It is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles which protect the hair. This pure form gives the hair a healthy, vibrant look you can see and feel. Remy hair is hair that may be chemically treated for. e.g. colouring. This hair is still high quality that can be washed and re-used several times.

What is the difference weft and bulk?
Weft: Hair used for weaving and bonding.
Bulk: Single strands of hair that can be used for single plaits.

How many bundles will I need for a full head?
We recommend for 3-4 bundles for a full look. Depending on the length of the hair you wish to use for e.g. 12″ x3 or 14″ – 20″ x 3 24″ -30 you will need 4+ bundles as the wefts get smaller as the lengths increase. Add more bundles for fuller volume.

What is a Lace wig?
A lace wig is a special type of wig made using human hair with a lace base that gives the ultimate natural look. Celebrities such as Beyonce, Ciara, Nicki Minaj and much more have been wearing these wigs for years and is now not only available to celebrities but mainstream consumers. The lace wig is usually attached with the assistance of glues and tapes, which are applied to the hairline area.

What is the difference between a lace closure and a lace frontal?
Lace closure: Is used at the crown of your head and is sewn in with approximately 4-5 bundles of hair and the front is usually adhered with Ghost Bond Glue or a similar adhesive. They come in one size 4″ across x 5″ Lace closures are made using lace which gives the illusion of a natural scalp.

Lace frontal: Is a half wig which goes from ear to ear and is sewn with approximately 3-4 bundles of hair.The size is 13″ across and 4″ back. The frontal can be held in different styles and you can hold the hair back whereas the closure cannot be held back.

Payments

Can I pay online using my card?
Yes all payments are taken online via a secure certified online payment gateway PAYPAL ETC

Why has my money been refunded?
If your money has been refunded you will be emailed shortly with an explanation.

I keep getting a refused payment message/ my payment has not been accepted.
You may need to call your bank to authorise the payment and let them know you are using your card online. This is part of fraud prevention on your card.

I have not receive an invoice email/ confirmation.
Orders are confirmed 24 hours after payment this may be longer depending on your bank or method of payment. Also longer over the weekend period confirmation is usually sent on the following Monday.

I think I have been overcharged?
We will never overcharge you. All payments are taken in Great British Pounds so when this is converted to your local currency it may appear that you have been overcharged however this is just the currency conversion. You can use a currency converted such as www.xe.com or use the converter on our website.

Delivery & Processing Time

How long does delivery take?
Payments take 24hours to process most items are dispatched within 24hours after payments have been verified. To calculate delivery time you must add PROCESSING TIME + DELIVERY TIME = TOTAL WAITING TIME.
